Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for complex digital products
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design implementation fidelity
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Mentor junior designers and establish design governance standards
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise product portfolios
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
