Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Lead design workshops and facilitate creative brainstorming sessions
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior data to optimize experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B and consumer-facing projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (surveys, journey mapping, card sorting)
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints
