Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and gather actionable user feedback
- Create compelling visual designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimization strategies
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex solutions
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping methodologies
- Strong background in user research techniques (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working in Agile development environments with product teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
