Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across digital products
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to drive data-informed design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Create compelling visual designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard tools
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex product work
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
