Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize user experiences
- Champion accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) across all deliverables
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with enterprise SaaS or B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Expertise in user research techniques (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for effective collaboration
- Proven ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
