Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize user journeys
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
