Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research and ideation to final implementation
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover actionable insights
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS design solutions
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Agile/Scrum development process familiarity
- Exceptional visual design and interaction design skills
