Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Experience designing for enterprise-level applications
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
