Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Create design systems and component libraries for scalable consistency
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centric solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and interaction patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
