Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design projects from research to implementation
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior data
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
