Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product implementation
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS products, particularly in healthcare
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and measurable impact
