Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Develop design documentation and style guides ensuring consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize conversions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies: interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and measurable design outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
