Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional user-centered design solutions with measurable impact
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design strategies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
