Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product strategy
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct accessibility audits and ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and visual design
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data analysis
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Certification in UX Design or HCI (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
