Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) that align with our brand identity and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Present design concepts and justify decisions to the broader team during regular design reviews.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and component library.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of successful product design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
