Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve user experiences
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience designing for healthcare or enterprise SaaS applications preferred
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with design thinking frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
