Responsibilities
- Execute user research, persona development, and journey mapping for complex enterprise applications
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers through weekly critiques and design workshops
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for design handoff optimization
