Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our internal design system and UI guidelines.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively advocating for the user voice.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with design handoffs and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
