Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation for mobile/web products
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to drive design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, interactive wireframes, and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Execute usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong background in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field or equivalent professional experience
