What You'll Achieve:
- Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise-level B2B applications
- Mentor junior designers while establishing design governance frameworks
- Drive user research initiatives with 250+ enterprise stakeholders
- Optimize conversion funnels resulting in 20%+ user engagement lifts
Responsibilities
- Execute user-centered design processes through research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries for cross-platform consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize digital experiences
- Establish UX metrics and track KPIs for product success
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive designs
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
