Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for complex web applications
- Execute design sprints and usability testing with cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Present design solutions to executive leadership and clients
- Mentor junior designers through critique sessions and workshops
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or e-commerce products
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
