Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Create compelling design presentations and stakeholder documentation
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Knowledge of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS)
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
