Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems and maintain consistency across platforms
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present design solutions with compelling visual narratives
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and drive measurable improvements in conversion metrics
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles across the organization
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile development environments and design systems implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business goals
