Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and translate business goals into elegant interfaces
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Drive accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Stay current with emerging UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing B2C SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Proven ability to conduct user research, create personas, and develop user journeys
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
