Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to final implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for cross-platform consistency
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate collaborative design workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ complex digital product designs with measurable results
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with responsive web and mobile app design patterns
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Certification in UX (e.g., Nielsen Norman, Google UX) preferred
