Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and drive continuous improvement of design practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Certification in UX (e.g., UXPA, Nielsen Norman Group)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
