Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and project roadmaps
- Conduct user research, persona development, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Present design rationale and solutions to executive stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and improve conversion metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like ProtoPie
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating process-driven work and measurable impact
