We are looking for a visionary Senior Technical SEO Specialist to join Apex Digital Solutions and drive organic growth for our Fortune 500 clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering and marketing, ensuring our technical infrastructure is optimized for search engines while delivering exceptional user experiences.
As we expand our operations, we need an expert who understands the intricacies of Google's algorithms, site architecture, and data analytics to stay ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits of client websites to identify and resolve SEO issues that hinder search engine visibility.
- Optimize site architecture, URL structures, and internal linking strategies to improve crawlability and indexation.
- Implement and maintain Schema.org structured data markup to enhance rich snippets and search result appearance.
- Monitor Core Web Vitals and site speed metrics, collaborating with developers to improve performance and user engagement.
- Manage and analyze Google Search Console and Analytics data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies that align with technical best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and search engine guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies (e.g., Apache, Nginx, CMS platforms).
- Expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and third-party SEO auditing tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Experience with site migration projects and handling 301 redirects, canonical tags, and hreflang tags.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
