The Role:
As a Technical Recruiter for our 2026 initiatives, you will bridge the gap between world-class engineering talent and the complex infrastructure projects required for the upcoming World Cup. You will source, screen, and secure top-tier professionals in DevOps, Data Engineering, and Software Development.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps positions critical to 2026 infrastructure.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in the global tech market.
- Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and success metrics for stadium and broadcast tech roles.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring top-tier engagement and timely feedback.
- Utilize data analytics to track hiring KPIs and optimize recruitment pipelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our employer brand remains competitive in the tech landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within large-scale project management or event industries.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and modern tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, AWS).
