Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and enforce security protocols, including Active Directory and identity management.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and routine patching.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell/Bash).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy new software and hardware solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS), and Active Directory.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSA, or CCNA are highly preferred.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance (if applicable).
