Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Implement and maintain robust network security protocols including firewalls and intrusion detection
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure with emphasis on cost optimization
- Proactively monitor system health and resolve incidents within SLA requirements
- Design and execute disaster recovery plans with 99.9% uptime targets
- Document processes and create technical SOPs for team knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows/Linux system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Python) for automation
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
