Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and monitor robust security protocols to protect sensitive organizational data.
- Oversee network architecture, ensuring high availability, performance, and low latency.
- Provide advanced tier-2 and tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for internal users.
- Perform regular system backups, recovery drills, and disaster planning exercises.
- Collaborate with software development teams to optimize application deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical policies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Administration or IT Support.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent professional certifications are highly preferred.
