Your Role:
As a System Administrator, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that servers, networks, and cloud environments run smoothly and securely.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Linux/Windows Server).
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect organizational data and systems.
- Automate routine IT tasks and deployment processes using scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and hardware failures to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and improve system reliability.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid IT certification (e.g., RHCE, CCNA, or AWS Certified SysOps) is a plus.
