Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server infrastructure.
- Oversee cloud migrations and manage AWS/Azure resources to ensure scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including SIEM monitoring, firewalls, and access controls.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network and server issues to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and execute regular backup verification.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Linux administration and Windows Server management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages for automation (Python or Bash preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent IT experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
