Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and enforce network security policies and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide Level 3 support for complex hardware and software issues.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell/Bash).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
