Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational assets.
- Troubleshoot complex network and system issues with minimal downtime.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Oversee network architecture, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Conduct regular system backups, updates, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux (Red Hat/CentOS).
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- CompTIA Security+ certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
