Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and network integrity.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
- Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new applications and services.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- CompTIA Security+ or higher certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
