Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network architecture and firewalls.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and patch management.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentor junior IT staff.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
