Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and maintain robust network security protocols and firewalls.
- Oversee Active Directory administration, user provisioning, and group policies.
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure issues.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and guidance to internal staff and clients.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (Red Hat/CentOS/Ubuntu).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or MCSA are highly preferred.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
