Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local and remote server environments (Windows Server, Linux, and Cloud).
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, patch management, and access control.
- Perform regular system backups and develop disaster recovery plans.
- Provide Tier 3 support and technical guidance to end-users and junior staff.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or AWS).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
