Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tools
- Monitor system health using ELK Stack and Grafana with proactive alerting
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration (Docker, EKS)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response protocols
- Optimize network performance including VPN, firewalls (Fortinet/Palo Alto), and load balancing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement IaC best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise system administration with 3+ years in cloud environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- AWS/Azure certifications (SAA/AZ-104) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Knowledge of security frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
