Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the stability, security, and availability of server infrastructure (Linux and Windows).
- Design, implement, and manage complex network solutions and system architecture.
- Oversee identity management, user access control, and Active Directory administration.
- Perform system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Automate routine tasks and deployment processes using scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and disaster recovery protocols.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Load Balancing).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
