Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Linux/Windows server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure with a focus on scalability
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and compliance audits
- Automate operational processes using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Provide tier-3 technical support and incident resolution for critical systems
- Document infrastructure architecture and create SOPs for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure, CompTIA Security+, or Linux+ preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix
- Proven track record in disaster recovery planning and execution
