Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Implement and maintain AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure and services
- Oversee network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell
- Monitor system performance with Splunk and Nagios
- Document infrastructure changes and create disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical enterprise systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA or AZ-104) preferred
- Experience with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V
- Proven incident management and troubleshooting abilities
