Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network architectures
- Oversee security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and incident response
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in system administration with Windows/Linux expertise
- Advanced knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving skills with SLA-driven mindset
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
