Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Windows Server 2019/2022 environments with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, including VM management, networking, and security configurations
- Monitor system performance using SolarWinds and Splunk, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Execute security protocols including vulnerability assessments, patch management, and compliance auditing
- Lead disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring 99.9% uptime SLA compliance
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues and document all procedures in Confluence
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and enterprise networking
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise backup solutions (Veeam)
- AWS/Azure certification with proven cloud migration and hybrid environment management
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation and monitoring
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V)
- Security certifications (Security+, CISSP) or equivalent experience
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
