Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server infrastructure in Azure/AWS environments
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve critical incidents within SLA
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Conduct quarterly security audits and vulnerability remediation
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Document IT infrastructure using Visio and Confluence
- Provide Tier 3 support during critical business hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL/CentOS
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and CI/CD pipeline experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proven experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware maintenance
