Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure spanning AWS, Azure, and on-premise data centers
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architecture
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Monitor system performance with Splunk and Grafana, resolving incidents within SLA targets
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover tests
- Document infrastructure blueprints and create runbooks for operational procedures
- Mentor junior administrators and conduct quarterly technology workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience in hybrid environments
- Expert-level certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Server+
- Proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash
- Deep knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and virtualization (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V)
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with proven incident resolution track record
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
