Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Automate system monitoring and patch management using Ansible and Terraform
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Document system architecture and create comprehensive technical documentation
- Mentor junior staff and conduct regular system audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and AWS/Azure environments
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or AWS Certified SysOps)
- Proven experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or Datadog)
