Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Linux/Windows server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure deployments across AWS and Azure platforms
- Lead security hardening initiatives and compliance audits (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Develop automation solutions using Ansible and Python for operational efficiency
- Provide tier-3 support for critical systems and disaster recovery scenarios
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system architecture and create runbooks for operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert proficiency with Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA/AZ-900 or higher)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Deep knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in incident response and root cause analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
